Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Smile Attention Texans!

What can you tell us about Gov. Rick Perry? He looks like he might be a promising candidate.

He has baggage. The HPV mandate, trans highway to buddies, attempt to steal from TRS, secession talk, etc. etc.. Not sure if he has a chance.

He's been gov. too long in Texas, but on a good note, he does have a nice smile. I just don't trust him. I've been voting for him because all the opposition was worse than him.

We can do better than Perry!

Well, considering that I've FLUSHED better than Obama, I'm wondering what it's gonna take the republicans to get behind someone to end the reign of the 'douche in chief'...hehehehh (I like that term....hehehe)

He's done some things that I like. He rarely uses the pardon power, pro-death penalty, pretty strong on gun ownership and the second amendment, and would probably appoint some dang good SCOTUS justices. Although he never got along with Smith on the Texas court. He would probably be better than what we have now concerning illegal imigration.

But then he has had some major blunders, like the Trans-Texas Corridor. Not great at fiscal policy. Toll roads. Mandatory vaccinations. And he makes it worse on himself because he's hard-headed. He won't admit he's wrong, even if it is blowing up in his face.

Yes he is hard-headed, but sometimes it's a good thing, he has stood up against Obama. Right again that he will not admit being wrong... He does stick to his guns which is a good thing, don't be a yote out when he's jogging.
I still think the GOP has to find a stronger person, we can't take any chances of giving Barney another term.

I'm not liking most of the cadidates being mentioned for the next Presidential run. They all seem to have so many ubdesirable traits for a presidential choice. Much like the current President which makes me doubt the ability to replace the lame duck President we have now.
