Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Karzai's Veiled To US And NATO

"President" Karzai of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan says that the US and NATO risk becoming an occupying power. He pointed out that Afghans have traditionally dealt harshly with occupiers.

Every time a NATO bomb goes awry and kills a few Afghans Karzai comes unglued. Strange that he never complains when his beloved Taliban kills dozens of Afghans.

It's time for the US to abandon Karzai and his fetid "Islamic Republic" to their own devices. We need to get out NOW!

Quote:
KABUL (AFP) – Afghan President Hamid Karzai warned Tuesday that the US-led foreign military in Afghanistan risks becoming an "occupying force" if air strikes which cause civilian casualties continue.

In some of his strongest remarks yet, Karzai harked back to Afghanistan's long history of "dealing with occupying forces" such as the Soviet Union and reiterated that bombing the homes of ordinary Afghans was now "banned."

The outspoken comments came after he issued a "last warning" on Sunday to foreign forces over civilian casualties, following the killing of what he said were 14 innocent Afghans in an air strike.

Are you sure that statement wasn't just for public consumption?

Karzai is appealing to his illiterate Islamic base. He does this all the time. He may also be asking the Taliban and al Queda to kill NATO troops.

I heard he also might be gay. Wtf falcon, what gets reported from theater is hardly anything of truth. I'm not sure turning this territory right back over to terrorist is in our best interest. To me, that's the worst possible choice.

Not surprised that FM wants US troops to stay in the Afghan sewer forever. Just leave them there to be slaughtered by the Taliban, al Queda and the so called Afghan army.

Karzai wants to share power with the Taliban. US troops should pack up, leave and allow that to happen. Soon Karzai would be dragged through the streets behind a Nissan pickup.

There is something basically wrong with supporting any government that calls itself an Islamic Republic. FM, you would have a total hissy fit if the new Egyptian government called the country an Islamic Republic and Obama sent troops there to prop up that government. Radical Islam is radical Islam any way you cut it. Karzai is a ruthless and corrupt Islamic dictator.
