PHOENIX (AP) — A federal judge ruled Wednesday that the suspect in the Tucson shooting rampage that wounded U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is mentally incompetent to stand trial, putting the criminal case against him on hold indefinitely.

Oh this **** burns my ass like nothing else.
The mother ****ing piece of **** was competent enough to drive his sorry as to the "meeting place". He was competent enough to have the forethought to load and bring a firearm with spare 30 round magazines to the meeting place. He was competent enough to know who his primary target was. He was competent enough to begin shooting and killing any one that was in his way.
If he is competent enough to do all of these things he is damn sure competent enough to stand trial and get sentenced to death.
