Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default C.A. to release 38,000 to 46,000 prisoners due to overcrowding.

I have never seen a place so asinine as CA.

Policy after policy is aggresive to the regular citizen and tax payer. I mean its never ending line of stench.

Great idea to save money, unleash all these pieces of garbage, just have to go and collect them again.

This is akin to me canceling flood insurance to save money while a flood is on the way.

they should start with the "possession of marijuana" cases. As they are allowing medicinal use in Cali. I'd be curious to see what kinds of cases the people that are getting released actually had.

I'm guessing ZERO will be getting released for "possession of marijuana" since that is a citation and/or misdemeanor...

Why am I not surprised with your reply

Sounds like the Rev has the correct answer, what does the SCOTUS know?

You know I keep telling the boy, but he won't listen. He needs to lay off the wacky weed.

I hope the state of Arizona sues California for any of their released criminals committing crimes here.

That's not "possession of marijuana" either, that would be cultivation with intent to sell...
