Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default The military has run out of pride?

We have to start naming our ships after foreigners? Or has this been going on for a while? I'm afraid I'm lacking in knowledge in this department. Does it seem right to you?

Heard about it yesterday. I have no idea why we're honoring this thug when we have real heros we could be naming our ships after.

The US military has not 'run out of pride". Navy admirals had nothing to do with this decision. Civilian far lefters are running the US Navy. These are the same perps who ordered the Navy Chief of Chaplains to draw up a plan to marry same sex twinkies in Navy chapels.

If the Republicans in congress jump on this one, the Obama administration will change its mind on naming a ship after hero of socialist labor Chavez.

I'm in San Antonio right now and forgive me if I get this wrong but I heard on the local news they are renaming a street after this thug. It was a quick catch during channel changing so I may have it wrong but I don't think so.

Cool

If we're going to honor someone by naming a ship after him, it should definitely be a military hero.

Seems the administration is engaging in a bit of racism.... It's a cargo ship. They've got Cesar Chavez toting the luggage...

Better if they had named a garbage scow after Chavez.

We know that in this world, perception is often reality. The left is using this fact and using our military to further the socialist agenda. Hopefully, the fact that this story is in the news is a reflection of the Republicans "jumping on this one."
