What a fool I’ve been all these years paying my bills on time and working my butt off to have nice things. Who would have thunk that if I just sat on my butt the Gooberment would be there to help me live the American Dream! All those years down the drain.
Last time I checked our bank made loans based on an individuals ability to pay it back. Banks are out to make money, they don't give a damn what color you are. If you can prove you can pay it back, the bank is going to loan you the money.
So now they want to fine the banks because a larger percentage of minority's don't have the ability to pay loans back???

More Hope and Change BS for election time, and you wonder why some keep searching for that needle in the haystack of Conspiracy. When your starving it doesn't matter if you catch a fish with bait or by snagging him. It comes down to how hungry one is.
The Obama and Democrats generally have provided an abundance of things for Republicans to serve up in the 2012 presidential election cycle. Here's hoping they harvest and employ these things skillfully. I think that the Republicans should make much broader use of on-line resources than heretofor. Viral videos that passionately and articulately spell out the linkages between things -- controlling the narrative. It isn't enough to point out that Obama is discouraging redlining. Connect the dots. (1) subprime mortgage crisis damaged the US and more generally the world economy and these are still not recovered; (2) this crisis was created by bad loans made without prudent concerns about payback; (3) now the Obama administration is again pushing subprime mortgages under ideological pretexts. Some good video, some good audio, appropriate music, all done with artful images and video. Likewise with other political themes. Make the video interesting enough that people will want to watch it for the video and then they get the important political narrative as a concommittant.
Ok, that's it, I'm putting the tin foil hat on over the surgically implanted steel plate.
