Sadly changes in enforcement and border security are being held hostage by the Obama administration: They want amnesty first.
IMO: The Obama bunch will never enforce border security; they will continue to refuse to go after companies who hire illegal aliens.

I don't know what all is broken, but...when ICE agents are charged with discrimination when they are enforcing US law(s); that something is broken.
When courts force ICE to to re-examine its polices after a community becomes upset that the agents are performing the duty they're charged with...that's another something that's broken.

That's illegal immigration not our immigration policy. There is nothing wrong with our immigration policy.
