It's a cartoon reference, which I believed apropos to the intellectual level of the initial post.

A definition found by typing "what a maroon" in google...

Besides, you should be pissed . They killed an unarmed man. I though Obama and Holder said that we would treat terrorists by rule of law. When did Obama read Osama his rights. I guess you are telling us that Obama and Holders rules only apply when they are out to get conservatives, but do not pertain to them.
