Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

ATF is refusing to answer any questions and address any issues to Comgressman Issa's committee. This is the liberal way. Can't beat the second amendment, go after the manufactures and make it too expensive to make guns.

While this is going on, a bill has been introduce to exclude the EPA from any regulation of ammo.

Sounds like to me that we have good grounds for a countersuit what about suing Mexico for the cost associated with drug addiction. Maybe if this administration would get their heads out of their @$$ they might just quit pandering to the cause of the problem! What about all the people that have died due to an overdose? Time to fight Mexico back, they've done enough harm to the U.S. let's not forget 25+ million illegals that flooded our country. Mexico is just responsible to secure its borders as we are why are we always the ones have to foot the bill?
Never mind, we have a lot of politicians that have been made eunuchs!

"AR-15 machine guns..." Yep much easier to blame someone else than to get the facts correct.

It's too bad the facts are being ignored.

One, the US is the reason why many guns have a serial number. Which means that any weapons that have one are either meant for us, or the other nations to follow our lead requiring them. That means a small number of nations at best.

Second, the numbers of weapons traced back to specific manufacturers was less than 10% according to the last report with any statistics whatsoever that I read.

Third, and most important, why are there mini-nations with massive capitol not being wiped out by the Mexican military? Maybe having armed para-military nations within ones borders poses more of an issue than anything else. Not that I'm trying to look for more serious issues here, but that minor observation keeps being overlooked.

Here's the latest take from the National Rifle Association:
In another chapter in the ongoing attempt to blame the American gun community for Mexico's internal strife, CBS News reports that the Mexican government has retained the New York City-based law firm of Reid Collins & Tsai to examine its options for suing U.S. gun manufacturers and distributors.
This report describes Mexico's actions as a "novel approach," in reality, such lawsuits have been used for decades as a tactic by anti-gun groups and governments in their attempts to bankrupt gun manufacturers and circumvent the political process.
That's why Congress passed the "Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act" in 2005. This act protects firearms manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and importers from suits brought about as a result of "the harm solely caused by the criminal or unlawful misuse of firearm products or ammunition products by others when the product functioned as designed and intended."
The outlook for a Mexican government suit looks dim; since the PLCAA was signed into law by President George W. Bush on Oct. 26, 2005, no federal court has allowed such a suit by a government plaintiff to go forward against a U.S. firearms manufacturer.

Sorry about yer luck Mexico!!!

Do you think any libs would humble themselves enough to agree with at least one Bush decision?
