The attack was based on the fact that the "woman" was a born a man and had his tallywacker cut off. It had nothing to do with race. The women were pissed off that this trans-gender was trying to use the ladies bathroom.
How does that change the subject even if it were true? What exactly does that have to do with the story? Are you now saying it's ok to beat her near to death? Oh, thats right, you would rather abort all babies because your life is such a mess. You can't seem to pull yours together, so everyone else must suffer as well.

Upon further checking, it seems as it may have been a Hetero on Transgender attack. But that doesn't make any difference in my view.
The attack seemed without conscience ... brutal and animal-like. One of the Baltimore papers mentioned that the victim, Chrissy Lee Polis, a transgender woman who sustained the serious beating, acknowledged that she was intoxicated at the time. I don't care if she was drunk on her arse and spouted off to the perps ... the perps need to go to jail.
The attackers and the lame bystanders (most of them) are complicit.
Too bad somebody with some backbone wasn't there to smash to 2 attackers faces in with some knuckle sandwiches.

Note: I see hockeydad already mentioned the transgender issue, but instead of showing his indigantion for the beating, turned it and used it to further a rant on opposite minded folks. Nice going hockeyday. What exactly was your point?

Hate violence, of any flavor, will never end because there will always be some humans that are wacked. The problem is societal.
And I support serious and medieval punishments for the guilty perps of such crimes. Straight/gay/white/black/Asian/European/conservative/liberal ..... doesn't matter ... an attack like in the video shows 2 humans who have lost their "live free" card in this society. But they will probably get a slap on the wrist.
I'd like to see such perps as these on a chain-gang, fixing our roads, fed bread and water, and worked like dogs.
Why support any gay group when they are constantly trying to corrupt our children and force the gay life style down our throats? They have infiltrated our public schools, carved out special laws, when they can't win in the legislature, the take it to court. Why can't the keep it in the bedroom where it belongs? No special treatment for gays.

Every fight where the combatants are of different ethnicities is not a racial incident. A 'hate crime', by law, is one where the motivation is racial, gender or ethnic animus.

Correction, it is only a hate crime if the perp is white. These scums won't be charged with a hate crime.
