Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default The dictator and chief at it again

The Obama administration feels it has a right to tell a private company where it must open up shop. They are challenging Boeing's constitutional right to set up shop where ever it darn well pleases. Bottom line, Obama already knows he can't win in SC so he's going after a win in Washington State.

I believe its a bit late for the Socialist and Chief to be getting his G-string in a ravel. I got the nickel tour of the Boeing complex under construction in Charleston when doing a photo shoot at the air expo there a couple of weeks ago. The site is huge and expectations are high for employment there. I think I may just re-locate there myself. Great place.

If I was McNerney I'd quit selling parts for Air Force one and make Obamacide go fly on a French built AirBus!

On the news last night I heard already Boeing had employed 2000 people in Washington to support this project and have 1500 in SC to perform final assembly.

Boeing screwed themselves. They took $15 billion in loan guarantees so Obama does hold them by the short hairs.

+1
When companies take federal money they have to dance to the federal tune.

Not sure about that one Burnie. This is coming down to a a federal judge decision. Don't really see how any loans are going to play into this. I bet Boeing wins in the end. The thought an unelected board can dictate where a factory must be built is certainly over stepping their authority. Besides that, NLRB's budget is up on the chopping block.

I may be missing something but since when does the President try to STOP a business from building a factory anywhere USA and employing Americans? Am I missing something? Yes, I know that Boeing has traditionally been in Washington just like Lockheed has been in California. States with smarts do try to attract businesses by offering incentives. The plant in in the US. Give it a rest.
