Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Why economic freedom matters!

Great article I just posted. It's timely for me because I'm waiting on a book on the topic of the history of trading in the world. However, this article puts it in perspective for why our heavy handed government today is killing us and taking us down.

For you old farts, I posted the PDF version, large prints and lists of pictures so don't be alarm by the number of pages. It's really only a 1 page article.

Too many people do not realize that money equals freedom, the freedom to make your own choices. Take away money and you take away freedom.

Your right to many people don't realize the connection between money and freedom.

Learning to be content in whatever circumstances we find ourselves in is freedom.

A great deal of world history demonstrates that those who believed money was freedom had it taken away from them and their lives as well. Is Mubarak free? T

Not sure how that equates. Egypt wasn't governed by a constitution anything like ours. They didn't have the system nor the history we had. Worst, we had a US President cheering for the trashing of their constitution. FYI, second time that has happen in 2 years. Pretty scary stuff especially when he loves to quote "rule of law".
