I don't know what your problem is. I think this is an excellent idea. I am prepared to recognize and accede to the protection of these rights to Mother Earth . . . just as soon as, or at the same time as, Mother Earth concedes similar rights to human beings. We ought to be free from Tsunamis, devastating earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, plagues, pestilences, droughts, and other such inequitable conduct visited upon us by Mother Earth from time immemorial.

That's Mother Nature, and Mother Earth and Mother Nature are very close if you know what I mean.
