Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Donald Trump

Hey guys. I am suprised this has not been brought up before but I just finished watching the interview of Donald Trump on the Today Show and I must admit I agree with almost everything he says about our country. I cant however help but wonder if he is just saying what everyone wants to hear and if by some amazing chance he actually became president would just be road blocked every step of the way on all his issues.

So the question is what is your opinion of the Don and what are his chances of being elected considering there is not a real player thus far on the republican side?

Your Thoughts

I love hearing him talk about China.

I doubt he'll even run, and if he does I doubt he'll get the republican nomination.

I'm kind of with you on this...except I have reservations about Trump. I can't put my finger on it, and i DON'T quite remember particulars, but I seem to remember him being less conservative than his image is depicting now that he's feeling about for consensus on his presidential run. I seem to remember some anti-gun statements from him.... Still, I like the way he's flinging great buckets of turds at "His Excellency Baraka" without fear of the labels and brickbats tossed by the left. He wants to know where Barry's birth certificate is and he's insistent about it....hehehehe.....he's a real pot-stirrer at this point....

He has name recognition and nationally known but not in a good way from my way of thinking. I just saw an AOL headline that said right now he is #2 GOP behind Romney. Romney lost in the 08 primary so he is a loser but one that probably should have been in the end game instead of the old man and the twitt. Time for some serious GOP contenders to step up and people like "The Donald" are just a distraction. No Newt, Huck or Romney. We need some up and coming Congressman that can get the job done and beat Barry.

Yeah....I think the Donald is a poser and will fade. I don't know who will step up to the bar for the Republicans tho'. Still, I'd vote for the devil himself before I put the current abject idiot back in the oval office.

If he does not win the G.O.P. primary, he needs to let his little publicity stunt end. We do not need another Perot splitting the vote.

I don't mind him harassing and haranguing Bumbling Barry till the cows come home....you know 'His Excellency Baraka' is probably seething over The Donald's shenanigans.....heheheh

But I think that even Trump knows he'd be a disaster if he split the Republican Ticket.....

He's a real estate man not a country leader. His China message is tuned to tug at the hearts of America not based in economics. The more he speaks, the less impressed I become.

I have to agree. I have been getting a kick out of his badgering Obama. And wouldnt it be rich if his investigation actually turned up something.

Don't know what his stance is on guns, but, he DID show up on the New York Times list of New Yorkers who are licensed to carry a pistol.

As I understand it, the Illinois Attorney General is also contemplating releasing a list of Illinois gun owners pursuant to a freedom of information act request. Traitor.
