That's funny right there--but at least, in it's own way, it's honest. He's saying this "award" is as useless and meaningless and as big a joke as the NPP. It wasn't awarded over anything he's done, but rather trying to entice (bribe?) behavior they would like to see come from him.
You'd think by now they would understand that bobo isn't a monkey who can think and act for himself, who can be persuaded to perform simple tasks if you toss him a bananna......he's a sock puppet with someone else's hand up his rear making his lips move...
