Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Peanut allergy = ADA enforcement?

This one might be fun to talk about:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20110322/...peanut_allergy

Quote:
ORLANDO, Florida (Reuters) – Some public school parents in Edgewater, Florida, want a first-grade girl with life-threatening peanut allergies removed from the classroom and home-schooled, rather than deal with special rules to protect her health, a school official said.
Quote:
To protect the girl, students in her class at Edgewater Elementary School are required to wash their hands before entering the classroom in the morning and after lunch, and rinse out their mouths ...
So this child is just short of needing to live in a plastic bubble, and as a result, every kid in her school has to live in a virtual bubble as well. Is this the intent of the ADA?
