They won't say because it was probably all of them... Just what the world needs. Cops that are too stupid to spell "CAT" if you spot them the "C" and the "T"...
I tested a few years back and passed the first time with a pretty high score, then went back to test again (first test expired) and noticed the pass score was lower. I asked the instructor and he said they lowered it so more people would make it into the academy...seemed kinda nuts to me!

I didn't realize there was some quota of African-Americans that police departments needed to hire. I would think it's more logical to determine why so many applicants don't pass the exam, not simply dumb down the exam.
