Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Less than 24 hrs notice..

Just thought I would share a few pics from yesterday's ralling. With less than 24 hrs. notice the ralling took place from Maine to California as well as Florida to Wiconsin. It sort of reminds us all of a time back in history. Democracy can be deafing but the sound is great..

I hope they keep on protesting. The taxpayers who pay their salaries are not amused.

Bingo Robert. Some how a very small union group can claim democracy.

We have to get these folks hands from around the neck of the 'golden goose' before they strangle it for good.

Your right Phil, this is HISTORIC. Its the PEOPLE telling our government what we want. Democracy in action.
The PEOPLE spoke in Wisconsin, and all across the Nation. We are tired of the blame game, we are tired of the same old increase taxes, and increase spending at all costs game that the Dems keep playing.

We cannot afford it any longer.

The STATE OF WISCONSIN, is finally getting what it needs. Sound fiscal policy, and hopefully an end to Government Unions.

Last time I checked, it was the majority that decided issues in a democracy not who cries loudest or gathers the most number of activists at some public event. With reference to Wisconsin, the people voted in Walker and others after they had clearly stipulated they were going to change the way public unions were handled in Wisconsin. From what I gather, the majority of the Wisconsin public -- when they understand the issues in play -- support the direction Walker is going with this, particularly with reference to throttling union collective bargaining on benefits and pensions. Its a done deal folks. If you don't like it, Wisconsin, vote Walker and the Republicans out in the next elections and rescind their legislation. If, however, the majority in Wisconsin does support this legislation, then it is time for the unions to shut up and get back to working for a living like the rest of us do -- usually for a lot less sweet compensation and benefits packages.

Ahh...yes. It was no less the Dims, that coined the Witty slogan that, "Elections have Consequences". Remember, Obamacare and how they danced around in gleeful joy and patted their fellow Progresssive on the back for a job well done. They should take a second of their precious time and look down upon their feet.....for the shoe is on the other foot now. Elections do have Consequences.

The democrats and union members should be grateful Scott Walker does not have the attitude Obama had. Quite literally "we won."

I hope the union members keep protesting. The parents who are scrambling to make alternate plans for their kids are not likely to forget this come November 2012.

I have no doubt that the majority should rule. What exactly is the majority in this case? We had two legislators go to Wisconsin and have found a lot of the stuff discussed here on so many pages?, to be false. Take all the teachers attending for instance. There may have been a few that called in sick and exc.. But that was it, as some took the whole class to the rallying so they could see democracy at work. They took the class with all their parents permission.Others traveled only when the work day was over. Still other got out at noon when their day was over to attend. I see it as more of we (Rep.) have been voted in and the Koch brothers wanted to his to start and by golly it has started. This is only the begining of what is more to come. By the way those pics. represent all 50 states. Also this is more than just the issue you are seeing. A lot of them protesting are not just union workers.

With so many factories that shut down how in the heck can you expect all of them to be working? The bottem line is that Wallstreet and all the cronies need to be shutdown for a while.
