I would like to point out that it isn't necessary to expose yourself while nursing and I have never done so. I always cover up with a small receiving blanket. It's obvious that nursing is going on, and some people get upset about this, but your can't see anything.

The only thing you might notice is that I'm wearing a miniskirt.

Absolute insanity. Want to encourage women to breastfeed? You don't give them a "tax break" for their breast pumps. You STOP PAYING them to buy formula. End WIC or whatever other welfare program it is that irresponsible parents use in order to buy food for the children that they couldn't afford...

Skirt length is based on average height for a given body configuration. A skirt would look shorter on a taller girl and longer on a shorter girl. I'm pretty much average height for a ten-year old. If a skirt or dress is longer than I like, mama will hem it up. I bought a small sewing machine so I can start doing that kind of thing myself. I like the bottom of the skirt to come about halfway to my knees.
