When is it time to ask everyone to resign?

Seriously, they are already the most overturned court in the land. At what point should we ask all of them to retire and start with an entirely new bench? Perhaps in 2012 when Republicans own everything, they could just plan redistrict and eliminate the 9 th circus out of existence. We the tax payees would save a lot of money.

While I agree that the 9th is off the charts leftist clowns, they aren't the most overturned court.

Though the Supreme Court is occasionally at odds with the 9th Court, the latest string of decisions is out of the ordinary. Judicial statistics kept by SCOTUSblog show that 9th Circuit decisions actually have a better-than-average showing before the Supreme Court. In the last session, 27 percent of its rulings were affirmed, while 60 percent were reversed. For all circuits, the reversal rate was 71 percent.

Way to be heads up! I wonder though when I hear percentages. Easy to show a big difference when the figures are small.

One court could do a thousand and another one hundred. The one could show a better percentage while being wrong in many more cases than the other.

Doesn't say what kind of cases they heard either. From what I've heard of that court I'd bet FM is closer to the truth than the percentages suggest when everything is considered. That court is wacked.

I don't agree with his answer to the problem, just lead to a bigger government. Some people just shouldn't be asked to do anything, being in debt to them is just never good.
