do what they do at airports to anyone in front of you at Starbuck's and see if you don't get a lawsuit

There's a lot wrong with the searches. But this suit finally brings up a constitutional issue ... that of the reasonableness of the search (4th amendment -- search and seizure). I hope it actually goes somewhere.

If it were brought by "former Governor Jesse Ventura" I think it might. But since the plaintiff is "host of Conspiracy Theory Jesse Ventura," it might not be taken too seriously.

The problem faced is "unreasonable". Define that in a definitive way. I hate the harassment more than anyone on this board since I have to go thru airport security several times a week. However, we travelers know was to avoid this a stuff just thru experience.

Yes but it also says that in order to be searched a warrant must first be issued after probable cause has been established under oath and it must be described the place to be searched and items to be seized.

I don't think that simply boarding an air plane gives probable cause and certainly no one testified under oath.
