Thanks Hip, very well said, This is one of the first moves of Bush that I really went against, I still don' t know why he signed this stinking bill unless hes thinking the Supreme Court will shoot it down, It will be tried as soon as someone challenges it a little and there are several that can' t wait including the NRA and GOA. IMO this has been the biggest rapeing of our constitution that I can remember. If the Supreme Court lets this stand we are in big trouble.
