Did anyone see the debate on Hannity and Colmes last week? I believe it was Bob Barr versus Schumer? The UN meeting was explicitly about limiting the number of guns considered legal, then outlawing guns altogether. Schumer came out saying " don' t you want our troops to be safer in these other countries where they are being killed?"
Sean Hannity responded with " Explain how taking away Americans second ammendment rights here at home, which is what this proposal does, has to do with troops being killed in other countries."
Schumer then simply stated he couldn' t believe that Sean and Bob could be against making our troops safer overseas. In doing so, he completely and purposefully did not address the fact that the proposal at the UN explicitly targets American citizens for denying them the right to defend themselves. I have seen this liberal rationale before, where they use one thing that happens somewhere to enact a law against another thing in a different place, and it sickens me.
This is not new.......and it' s another reason to get US out of the UN.....
The second ammendment of the US constitution is no business of any other nation except that they might want to adopt it themselves.....and they' d all be better off if they did. The liberal' s fixation on disarming the American civilian population is a threat greater than anything I know of to the health of this nation.
It' s so frustrating that the only thing I can do about it is to keep paying my dues to the NRA.....and I do!!!

Would the recent CFR bill qualify, thats the biggest rape of our constitution that I have ever witnessed and I have' nt seen you post a thing about that, as much as you go on about our constitution I can' t see how you missed it.

My opinion of it is this. the un is a pansy organization with no real backbone!
The real percieved threat to them is the US and especially the U.S' s armed populas. heck we fight the skirmishes of the world . how are they going to take our guns? they won' t have our forces to do it.
i know if i was still in uniform and they told me to take guns from americans i would probably shoot my superiors!
