Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Got to love the Unions. Union workers ducked their duty to plow the roads.

And think of how many people died or were seriously hurt due to emergency vehicles not being able to attend the needy. But I'm sure this is all Christies fault. Am I right Beau???

Good thing it was all NYC parasites who got the shaft...these all voted for O-bammy....so they SUPPORT the union that stranded them, they SUPPORT the union that has been exempted from the regulations of O-bammy-care.....they SUPPORT the whole corrupt machine. Who better to suffer but the supporters ? Seems to me there were only a couple of incidents in a city of 6 million there was only 1 death due to the storm...er....union slowdown ? Is that news, really ? Would the death have occurred if it was a sunny summer day ? Who's to say ? But no better place than New York to have it happen, I'll say !

Actually its rather funny, that a minority of 6% of the national work force can hold the rest of the country captive.

well, that's part of the danger of unions. When there's no option but the unions, you're at their mercy. Bloomberg should break the unions....teacher, police, fire, sanitation....shake that rat from his neck but he's too much a puke....going non-union in NYC....what a novel thought ! Who would pay off the politicians ?

heheeh....thank you ! But my understanding of this event is that baby's mother was of the ethnic group which voted for him 98% of the time. Actually, my point was that for people who support democrats, this is their legacy...not a pretty picture no matter who paints it.

Don't like unions? Where did they come from? So much waste simply because somebody had to be a prick and walla, the birth of unions.

T. Roosevelt had some choice words about the people who forced unions to be born and then as a result government grew.

I heard the other day that the head guy for the union tried to blame the independent workers they had hired. He claimed those folks aere unreliable and that caused the big problems. However, as it turns out, just under 12% of the union folks called in sick during the snow storm. That apparently is twice the normal amount.

You never know Charlie P, from what I understand he wasn't the only dead person to vote for him.
