Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Too funny. You need to ask ol Harry how come the Republican bill wasn't allowed to the floor for a vote. Afraid it might pass? Furthermore, the Dems make the claim that unemployment benifits are the best way to stimulate the economy. How come we don't all go on unemployment then? Or, why did they are they cutting off 4 million unemployed folks from receiving benifits with this bill if it really is so good?

Will, you know better than that.
The newly elected Republicans haven't even been sworn in yet. This current batch of BS is all the Dems. As is the pork loaded Omnibus spending bill.
Its the Dems saying that they aren't interested in what AMERICAN VOTERS have to say.
Only in what they feel is going to hurt America the most.

Own it Will, You voted for theses poor excuses of Americans.

Isn't it interesting now how Will and those on the left are so worried about so called deficit spending if someone who earned their money is allowed to keep it. I hold out hope that one day when he finally gets his first job and they actually take money out of his paycheck for income taxes, that he would be inteligent enough to notice. Me thinks he will never earn enough to fall under the AMT.

Sal, this question may be over your head, however please explain what money is the government borrowing to pay billionaires and millionaires? The last check I ever received from the government was my disability check for my service to my country.

That may be the single most moronic statement I have heard in my life. No one is "paying" them anything. It's their money. Seeing fit not to steal what is theirs is not "paying" them.

My God, Democrats are fools. I think you qualify to be their king.

I've never been more amused by the Democrat perspective as I have been watching them rail about this "deal"...

If anyone else's income were to decline, we'd say they're "taking a pay cut."

When a Democrat's income declines, they cry that we're "increasing their debt."

They just don't seem to get the fact that IT'S THE SPENDING - STUPID!

First off, most of the "cuts" they cry about aren't cuts in the sense of the word. They're simply a potential source of income that they're not going to be allowed to exploit. If it's not coming into the Treasury today, why would they miss it - unless they were counting on it to cover the debt they KNEW they were creating with that POS Healthcare legislation?

Listening to that weiner Weiner the other day talk about the death tax ("they won't care, because they're dead!") made it pretty clear to me how completely and irreversibly out of touch the liberal mindset has become. Eventually, the "middle class" will become the new "upper class" in their warped world. Who do you suppose they'll tax then?
