Excellent! That's a start. Wonder how long it will take it to get to the Supreme Court?

Finally. A judge finally noticed that the Commerce Clause could be improperly applied to ANYTHING that citizens spend money on, thus making it a power without limitation. This cannot stand, and its abuse will not be tolerated. Lets hope that the Supreme Court recognizes this dangerous application of the Commerce Clause.
