Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default US Government Can't Even Print Money Right

The printing presses are turning out new money at a record rate. They are having trouble printing the new $100 bills. Seems that bills that cost 120 million to print are no good. They had to go back to printing the Bush era bills. LMSAO.

Quote:
More than 1 billion unusable bills have been printed. Some of the bills creased during production, creating a blank space on the paper, one official told CNBC. Because correctly printed bills are mixed in with the flawed ones, even the ones printed to the correct design specs can't be used until they 're sorted. It would take an estimated 20 to 30 years to weed out the defective bills by hand, but a mechanized system is expected to get the job done in about a year.

Great. Big government does everything so much better.

Normally I would say anybody can make a mistake and let it go at that. But they went through 1 billion before recognizing the problem?? Didn't anyone check the bills before starting the print run???

That was only 10 seconds worth of printing time at the way they're spending it.

This administration hasn't been able to do anything right since taking office, why would we expect any difference.

The dumbest commercial printer in the world has enough sense to print a trial batch and inspect the results before printing a huge order. Too bad no one in the Bureau of Printing and Engraving has that kind of common sense.

No, it gets even better. A friend of mine sells/sold cameras and computer equipment designed for manufacturing process just like this. Its able to capture at full speed the tiniest deviation off perfection when it happens. The problem with government, it takes them forever to make a change.
