Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Excellent observation from the Czech Republic

This quote was translated into English from an article appearing in the Czech Republic as published in the Prager Zeitung of 28 April 2010.

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president."

"The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince."

The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool.

It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.”

It's certainly an accurate assessment, but, I'm not sure of your source. It's been floating around the internet with various citations since at least January.

To be honest, this is the first time I have read it. It was presented as i posted it. Where it originated is of no concern to me, the message is spot on.

I have to agree.

I've been in a discussion on a different board (archery related). Long story short, one side presented perception and opinions, the other side presented facts based on controlled tests.

Guess which side more members agreed with (at least the ones that posted)? You guessed it--perception and opinion trumps fact with a majority of those who participated in the discussion. I don't wonder now how bho got elected.

It is as I have said...the president is a national embarrassment.

Now, it seems, the scumbags who pulled the lever for him have finally been given
the recognition they so richly deserve.

The bigger problem is described quite accurately, however, because until the electorate is no longer it's own worst enemy (dems and 'middle-of-the-road' ignoramuses), we will always bear the risk of installing another troglodyte into
the position of power.
