Tom DeLay Found Guilty of Money Laundering

Former Speaker of the House Tom Delay has been found guilty of money laundering by an Austin, TX jury.

The trial also opened a window on the world of campaign financing in Washington, as jurors heard testimony about large contributions flowing to Mr. DeLay from corporations seeking to influence him, and about junkets to posh resorts where the congressman would rub shoulders with lobbyists in return for donations.

We won't blame that on the Democraps, they have enough to worry about.

Give them term limits and keep the power from getting that high in the first place. I would give them a max of 8 years just like the potus. Keep fresh blood and ideas in there and use them while they still want to work for the people not themselves.

Term limits won't have any effect. As long as there is 3.6 trillion dollars to spend in Washington and only 536 people doing the spending, nothing will change. Furthermore, Delay did nothing wrong.
