The following quoted from a Fox News article titled:
GERALDO RIVERA: Are Newly Elected Latino Republicans "LINOs" -- Latinos In Name Only?
On a recent edition of "At-Large," Al Sharpton, (a chronically under-rated civil rights leader and old friend), and I pondered an interesting question: should people who consider themselves progressive applaud the election of minorities who are conservatives? It came up when Reverend Al and I were talking about the sweeping victories in the midterm elections of Hispanic Republicans, most prominently Florida’s Senator-elect Marco Rubio.

I will proffer an answer to the question:
Since when does a United States Senator serve according to someone's concept of a certain ethnicity, rather than as a representative to those who elected him ?
This is the basic problem with 'progressives' (synonymous with scumbag, lying racist elitist socialists); one cannot be 'Black', 'Latino', 'Feminist' or (what's left ?)...er....'Asian' unless they spout the victimist line of the corrupt and degenerate left. I do not want my reps acting as if there is a cultural agenda different from that which is uniquely 'American', and would support the forcible removal of such a vile excuse for an elected official. What says this board ?
