I will proffer an answer to the question:

Since when does a United States Senator serve according to someone's concept of a certain ethnicity, rather than as a representative to those who elected him ?

This is the basic problem with 'progressives' (synonymous with scumbag, lying racist elitist socialists); one cannot be 'Black', 'Latino', 'Feminist' or (what's left ?)...er....'Asian' unless they spout the victimist line of the corrupt and degenerate left. I do not want my reps acting as if there is a cultural agenda different from that which is uniquely 'American', and would support the forcible removal of such a vile excuse for an elected official. What says this board ?

geraldo is an idiot--ranks right up there with phil donahue and jerry springer, except he wasn't talented enough to keep his show on the air. Why FOX picked him up and gives him air time is a mystery to me.

If by "Asians," you mean those of us Americans of Asian descent, I don't think you'll find many of us demanding any kind of special treatment. (Although a larger selection of smaller bra sizes might be nice.)

Did I misread it?

he's basically saying we need to get away from being latino, black, white, etc...and focus on the issues?

Like most issues I'm pretty sure not all latino's agree on the same things. Just like repubs, dems, whites, blacks.

I don't know...I just threw that one in to try to cover all the bases,
or most of 'em anyway. I have never heard of Americans of Asian descent demanding special treatment...we are in agreement....and as far as the underwear thing, I find Asian women to be very attractive and have no clue why you girls don't band together and pillory Victoria's Secret for their lack of selection !
