Just throwing this out for your comments...
Some quotes from today' s Boston Globe:
But many Capitol Hill lawmakers, reflecting public opinion polls showing Americans are increasingly unhappy about the situation in Iraq, have begun to question whether they were misled by administration officials who argued in classified briefings that Iraq presented an imminent threat to US security.....
With Hussein possibly still alive -- and weapons of mass destruction still not found -- some members of Congress are demanding an independent investigation into what administration officials knew about the reliability of evidence it presented to Congress and the world. Bush, in his State of the Union speech, suggested Hussein was seeking to buy uranium from Africa -- a charged based on documents that have since been discounted as forgeries......
The United States' credibility, as far as the case they presented to the world, is eroding like snow melting on a hot August day in Cape Cod.....
How do you feel about it, has the President disappointed you in any thing he has said or done recently? Is he losing his credibility, are Americans becoming increasingly unhappy or is this just another attack by the Liberal Left Wing?

He is still my man, compared to what we could have had, he' s wonderfull. I wish he' d quit giving money to Africa and I wish he would close our borders. I' d also like to see some big time audits on American companies. If he did all that, he' d be almost perfect.
I think that would be a big NO. The only ones who are questioning his credibility are news media outlets trying to make a tempest in a teapot sell air time, or dems that are trying for anything they can get traction to further their agenda AKA anti Bush stance.
No, it is not his credibility, it is the credibility and " journalistic integrity" of those challanging on this issue.
Kill the media for trying to inform us? How about the media just informing us, and not trying to create news constantly. First of all, the " forgery" was not the evidence that 1 line in the speach was based on - in fact, Tony Blair even complained about the US media creating news... He still stands by the information gained by his intelligence. As far as Bush losing crdibility, I don' t think so, but that is how the media will begin to tell it, and eventually when you lie enough, it will become the truth.
There were no lies... If there are, I would like to know what it was... When and where... Bush brought some of this on himself by he and his staff not being on the same page and giving off mixed signals... But I still believe him a man of high moral integrity.
The main voices of dessent are those who didn' t like/vote for Bush to begin with... Set in their views, it doesn' t matter what effidence is found...
No amount of evidence, no amount of anything will stop those same people from grasping at anything they can to " CREATE" something from nothing... It isn' t about A+B=C... its about A+B Would =C but we don' t like his political stance so C is irrelevant look at D.
the only people that want to destroy any credibility of bush are left wing liberals who will vote democratic ticket regardless of the integrity of their party or candidates.just my view!
When we do nothing, freedom dies, innocent die. Our brave folks in Iraq know what they are in for, not happy about it, but shouldering the burden. The military in Iraq shame and embarass me for my inaction. They have the courage to make the STAND and they make me feel weak and insignificant, but very proud of their service. They and their families know the score as my family and I know the score from another war in the distant past and a brother lost. He would have served now, with no reservation. We could have not disuaded him, he would go.
YOU are speaking for yourself, not represnting millions of fictitious disgruntled Americans. You are speaking for an agenda, YOURS.
Yes the truth will come out. Hope you like salt pepper and relish on your words.
