What the hell? If it is that damn dangerous, why not have a video conference, or fly the Indian Officials to America for a fraction of the cost.

I see now why Obama is a big Rap fan. Got to have his entourage. Wonder how much bling he will require.

Bush had the same entourage made available to him. One would think teleconferencing would be the way to go, but I think there are cultural interests at play here that make travelling a must.

Obama knows he is a one termer and will get out on AF1 every chance he can. When he is done his term he will join the rest of the US unemployed. I hope he likes food stamps.

You are all seriously that gullible? You think some unnamed source in a New Dehli newspaper has exact numbers on US fleet movements?

You take anything US media says with grain of salt but take the NDTV at face value?

And even if it is 34 ships (which I highly doubt) do you think they sailed from Norfolk last week or might they have already been in the area?

There are so many real issues in the country and yet you you allow yourself to be distracted by this non story. It's like dangling a string in front the cat so the mouse can sneak in behind him.
