Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Privatize Social Security

Is this the final attempt by the Tea Party and the Republicans to create a complete 2 class society?

Imagine grandma riding the market downward as the Republican policies took shape on the market during the Bush ERA

Interesting.... my biggest market losses came when the Clinton ERA tech bubble burst.

The policies that caused all market declines in the last 100 years were all left-wing democratic policies.

See, I can post stuff that I will refuse to defend too...just like you, Will.

Hey Willpa, if SS is such a great deal, why not allow me to choose to be in it or not? Wouldn't that resemble freedom to choose?

You will choose to be out of it and later in life you will become a ward of the state with no healthcare or money. Then become a liberal with your handout after you purchased all of your goods made overseas and sent what money you had out of our country.

No Will, I'm not a bum like you. However, what you describe is an issue with socialism not freedom. Don't we live in a free country? Once again, if SS is so great, why can't I choose to opt out?

FYI, when you finally do graduate and begin working, you will have to live until your 95 in order to get all the money back out of SS that you put in and we're not talking about interest. However, if anyone who is 45 could divert their money away from this ponzi scheme today, the would accrue all the same amount of money in their private account. Why can't someone have that choice? Are you anti freedom?

Sure, all of the poor guys working in our shop could give their money to their investment advisor and have them invest it, with NO government intervention.

The Plot continues wouldn't you say.

Just like the housing boom, drove more people, communities and investors in bankruptcy than at any other time in our history. Great plan to force the middle downward and the elitist to the top. Quick TOO!!! Why did GS pay $550,000,000 in fines to the SEC and the Countrywide pay $69,000,000 to the SEC for deceiving their investors.

Seems like great caretakers for my money!!

Don't forget, without the government involved we will probably have insane runaway inflation and your dollar calculations will be way off.

I hope your doing better in school than you posts reflect Will. You're going to be in serious truoble after you land your first job

I have to ask, why do you need someone else to manage your life? Does your mommy still dress you for school or can you pick out your own clothes?
