Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default The Jet Ski Shooting...

Where's the body? Where's the jet ski? Why is the local sheriff reaching out to a Mexican drug cartel for help?

WHAT IS GOING ON NEAR OUR SOUTHERN BORDERS AND WHY IS IT THAT ARE WE NOT PROTECTING OUR FELLOW AMERICAN CITIZENS?

Why are we so cozy with a country run by drug runners? I still don't understand why Americans keep going south of the border in search of a good time.

As bad as Afghanistan is, at least American visitors can shoot back if it comes to that. Mexico? Nope, defending yourself is a good way to end up in jail with the same people you were trying to avoid...

Mexico certainly doesn't make that cut!!!!!!!! you might as well drink IC Light before any beer made south of the border.

This shooting still could go either way in my book. However, if it does go the way the wife says it did, it's time to deploy the marines to our borders. How long would the cartel's last and/or mexico survive cut off from the greenback? Stop the smuggling and stop all money transfers to mexico without regulators aproval.

and where would the road crews, construction workers and crop pickers come from if we stopped them from coming from Mexico?

I spent the weekend in the back country. Didn't see any news. Did this guy's body turn up yet? Or his jet ski?

Don't think so... But, supposedly, the Mexican authorities have a line on the identity of two of the pirates.

The Texas/Mexico border is becoming very, very dangerous, especially with the Zetas power struggle.

I still have no clue why our government sits so idle, when such a serious threat is so very close. Criminals flock across it virtually at will, and the federal government does nothing to stop it. When states and state authority try to step in, they draw the ire of the feds.
