Irony; Kagan recused herself from half the SCOTUS cases so far.
I bet the libs out there are plenty P.O.ed. They are losing a yes vote right off the bat. And I wonder how well Obama is receiving this news. He was the one who appointed her creating this conflict in interest. I wonder how long her prior job will keep her ethically inclined to recuse herself.
