If there's anything funny about this, it's that the Chinese want mini-excavators. LOL, I suppose just about everything is smaller in that part of the world.
Yeah, this is what happens when career politicians and bureaucrats get to lord over the federal piggy bank and write policy with as people see it inside the Beltway. It really is a whole 'nother world in the halls of Congress. There are some good people in there, and a lot of hard workers, but it's all about interests and expediency. Pass it now, please the donors, and worry about the future when it gets here.
Pretty much how it's always been. Having said that, I'm dying to see how things are run in the 112th Congress...
