I simply am amazed that she would ever go out of her way to actually have that recorded. Not very bright. But she's always wanted to be a real Representative, and so she sometimes flouts what power she has. Chances are this will blow over with all of the election headlines throughout the news cycle.
I met her once when I was managing a health food store in DC back in the day. She really didn't seem to have much personality as I helped her select a can of soy powder and rang her up at the register.
