More big brother BS. I have no guilt at all by not recycling. I'm saving wasted tax payer money. I also have no fear of the stupid fine that I think is now in place for those who don't recycle their plastic bottles. This article makes me laugh because if they had it when I lived in the area, it would have shone my bin in the county dump.
