I agree. I am not suggesting that Obama or the government implement this type of policy. I think that insurance companies should be able to honestly charge what the risk is for different customers and not charge all of us who act responsibly. The government should not try to fix everything. People should be responsible for themselves and should bear the cost of their own irresponsibility.
