Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Anchor Babies aren't citizens of the USA under the 14th amendment

This is a little long but well worth the read. Nothing needs to be done. Anchor babies aren't citizens of the USA just because momma sneeks across and spits it out. It's time to reject this notion that they are citizens because clearly they aren't.

i agree with the author that this was not the intention of the folks who wrote and ratified the 14th Amendment. But the fact is that those kids come with a birth certificate attesting to their birth in the US. This makes them US citizens.

i watched a news show on TV where a lawyer claimed that this clause of the 14th Amendment has never been tested in the federal courts. He said that someone needs to bring a case to the federal courts and run it all the way to SCOTUS.

Some politicians are clamoring for a constitutional amendment to modify the 14th Amendment. That will never pass muster and they know it.

This is why we need to stop them before they cross the border. As Larry the cable Guy said; "build a trench or moat the length of the border, fill it with water, take the nuisance alligators from Florida and turn them loose in the trench." You will never have a problem again. I wish it was that easy!

Boiled down this whole thing that has taken this long to get where it is because someone abused another's freedom, government grew astronomically because of it. Slavery is the reason for the 14th.

Later the same thing happened with Chinese immigration and now they own much of the country and the market revolves around what they do.

Many today want to push it again by denying a segment of our society the right to build their "church". Nothing new under the sun. Man is the same today as he's always been. Government is going to grow and Obama is even giving people the opportunity to forgo the growth.

Push freedom and it will swing back past center on the people who pushed it into as many generations as it has power to swing. When a salve was abused and denied freedom, the moments it happened gave us this fruit. That ignoramus didn't even see it. We do now and there were people then who knew it would happen.

Why not government isn't big enough now.

Arizonians have already been given the federal authority to protect themselves without government intervention. It's the 2nd. Use it or loose it. Sad thing is though the people have already paid the government to do the job. Kind of like homeschooling. I pay to school my kids and pay for the public school we don't even use. Now they're building a new one, "but not with our money, the states making funds." What am I an idiot, where did the state get the money if not from me? This is what they teach and the people buy it.
