Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Angry Sharia law in New Jersey? Appeals Court says "NO"

This obscene judge said it was okay for a Muslim man to rape his wife because it was part of his culture. The Appeals Court overruled him. Somebody should explain to this judge that this is the United States. Then he should be removed from the bench.

I seem to remember it was ruled a long time ago that a husband couldn't be guilty of raping his wife because they are married.

The law has been changed in many states to the effect that it is rape if a man forces his wife to have sex against her will.

It's difficult to call it a genuine marriage if a man has to force his wife to have sex and/or she charges him with rape. Definitely some issues there.

The woman's lawyer, Jennifer Donnelly of New Jersey Legal Services, told FoxNews.com that Charles' ruling should add to the case for a proposed Oklahoma law, which will be on the ballot in November, which would ban judges from considering "international law or Shariah Law" in their rulings.
It's insane that such a law is even needed in the U.S.

I saw this the other day on the news. Absolutely rediculous that any US judge would rule the way that guy did.

I can't say I am really suprised anymore when it comes to anything associated with the Islamic/Muslim 'scene'. I'm probably out of line for saying this but being we have Muslim in the white house, I really have to wonder if that played a factor on the judge's decision at all in these case.

Feel sorry for that lady, let alone any women who are praticually sex-slaves in that country.

It seems like a lot of things are insane in this country lately:
A mosque near ground zero
Gay marriage
Government health "care"

Sharia law is the thing we should be aware of. It's culture and religion at the same time, so say the proponents. It's bad enough, in the West, that sharia is used to justify all manner of abuse. Read about communities in England, France, Denmark and Netherlands and their experiences with Sharia Law.

First, sharia is invoked by a husband as the reason for beating his wife, keeping his daughter in an islamic school, forbidding his children from learning a language other than his, etc....then it turns to open expression of religions other than Islam, complaining that religious buildings are taller than the local mosque...it goes on.

Want to see a proponent of sharia stop in his tracks? Ask him about how an unmarried man who, is not direct family can stay in the house of a married man wo has a living wife. Hint..it involves milk..not from a dairy animal. BUT...the big question on this issue, in print & radio..is whether or not the man is allowed to drink the milk from a glass, or must he drink straight from the original container. (I am NOT making this stuff up!!!!)
