Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default WI DA throws job on the line for 2nd Amendment

I read this in another post. This is awsome. I'm glad to see some Americans taking a stand finally. And he's a dirty Dem too.

Go to http://www.co.jackson.wi.us/ then click on DA and then on
McDonald vs. City of Chicago

Well then I'd say this is not a "Dirty Dem" because he has crap-canned the national committee's anti-gun policy and actually taken steps to solidify and defend the rights of the people of Wisconsin under Amerndment II of the Constitution's Bill of Rights.
I applaud this democrat without knowing the remainder of his voting record or his policy decisions but will assume (hoo boy!) that coming from the district he is in, the folks there tend towards the conservative thought process of which he is a subscriber.

If we have to have democrats, more of 'em should be like this district attorney.

Very gutsy. I don't know if his statement about not enforcing the laws he enumerates is the correct decision. Also, he is very likely going to have to defend himself in court for his position. I assume he is speaking of state laws. For a district attorney to refuse to enforce state laws on his own judgment is asking for a court challenge. It is a principled stand, and I applaud that.
