Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Robert Byrd Dead At 92

He's now probably sitting right next to Ted Kennedy which is sitting right next to SATAN. Neither of whom will be in dangered of losing their present seating until Obama, Reed, Pelosi or Biden pass away.

I shall never fight in the armed forces with a ***** by my side... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds"
Robert C. Byrd 1944

Can you say KKK!!!

When they bury the "GRAND WIZARD" the pallbearers should dress in KKK robes and hats .....and maybe "burn a cross" on his grave for old times sake........

I knew Byrd had recanted his KKK membership and position but wasn't aware that he had helped filibuster civil rights legislation in the 60's. I don't wish him ill will, God rest his soul. It's too bad that it took him longer to figure that stuff out. At any rate, he served over 50 years in the Senate and that's quite an accomplishment. With all due respect to the recently departed Senator and I will pray for him, I also hope his replacement is a conservative.

The Governor of West Virginia is a Democrat, so I would not hold my breath waiting for a conservative appointment to fill Byrd's seat. My bet is on someone who has been preapproved by Rahm Emanuel and El Presidente'.

I didn't know we had 92 year old Senators...I'm thinking term limits would be nice!

He carried out a 14 hour filibuster against the civil rights legislation. As far as appointing someone...the time frame falls within requiring a special election. Joe Manchin covets that seat and although he talks a good game he would be another Reid ***kisser when it counted. Theres a real good chance of it going conservative if there is in fact a special election which there should be unless they change the rules Mass style.

As far as a statement about Byrd I was always taught if you dont have anythig good to say... keep yer trap shut... and I am..LoL.

Kennedy is dead and now Byrd is dead, I've always heard that if you can't say anything good about a dead person you shouldn't say anything.....I've nothing to say.

That's nothing he took that long just to say "Good Morning". The man could talk more than anyone without saying anything!

I just see it as one less liberal to deal with!
