As has been said before when folks start talking about "unrest," no one has the sac to stand-up and actually do anything. And what exactly would you do? Let's say me and a couple thousand other people went to DC and over-ran the congress, what then?
Don't get me wrong, I despise the folks currently in charge. But November is coming and the democrats are looking to lose big time.

We currently have term limits at all levels of the government.
It's called the 'ballot box'. If there's a blithering sphincter sittin' pretty someplace, a BIGGER bunch of blithering sphincters PUT HIM THERE and KEEP PUTTING HIM THERE. The problem is not Biden, there's lots of his type of classless crapbags in the world. It's time to look askance at the people inhabiting the state of Delaware.
I actually don't put much stock in this sort of thing. I look at it this way....the guy can't go get a frikkin' ice cream cone without being harassed.
