Maybe if the current pres. would get off his blame game scheme and actually pull together all the execs. from not only BP, but some of the other deep well companys and brain storm, they could figure out a fix to the problem, and after it's fixed, THEN look into who to blame and how to keep it from happening again. BUT fix the problem first and after words there will be plenty of time to figure out who's to blame.
