Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default So tell me libs, are you ok with....?

Are you libs OK with all this lavish spending on parties the Obama's have been doing since taking office? Seriously, will the economy is still in the toilet, the Obama's have been throw almost weekly parties. FYI, you're talking probably 1 million a bash in expenses. The latest was ol' Paul coming in and taking a cheap shot against Bush, surprise, surprise. The joke was actually on Paul since Bush prefered to read daily and finished multiple books weekly. That was instead of throwing lavish parties for celebs and foreign dignitaries that bash our country.

So I ask you guys, are you really proud of this? Do you support all this partying when the rest of the country must cut back and tighten their belt?

1 million doesn't even register on the radar anymore, I just heard the wars in Iraq/Afghanistan reached $1 trillion!

1 billion = 1,000 million
1 trillion = 1,000,000 million (ie A million million)

Obama can throw 1 million parties before it reaches the cost of these wars.

But totally agree spending in washington/ any gov't local etc...is out of control, we need to spend money on what we need, not what we want etc..., just like most Americans who are in credit debt, don't spend it if you don't have it! I can't think of an example but every now and again I'll see something local etc...or wherever and think, my gov't is spending money on this?

1 but he has about 1/2 dozen personalities and a screen name to go with each of them. So If you don't mind, I would like to get input from all of them.

I'm sure they're quite proud of the 13trillion national debt. Nobody's been able to spend that kind'a dough. I don't think WWII cost that much and yet, Sphincter-in-Cheef did it without blinking an eye.

But that's ok ! They're gonna raise taxes, allow the bush tax cuts to expire and institute a VAT and crap-n-trade to stimulate the economy ..... HAHAHHAHAAHHAAH....a frikkin CHIMPANZEE has more financial acumen to understand you don't strangle a drowning man to save him, and that's what increased taxation will do to us as we flounder in the economy Cheef Chimp can't seem to get outta the basement.
