Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Surprise, Surprise, healthcare troubles

So, this week I've heard there is a report out on Canada's Healthcare system will go broke in something like 10 years. Anyone else hear these reports?

However, that's not the story. Only fools on this site continue to call them a role model system. The best is that Obama and Company have already missed a few deadlines that were suppose to happen under their new healthcare law. Hey Will, what's the matter. You guys make up this monster bill, never read it, ram it through against the will of the American people and then feel deadlines aren't important? I bet you feel my tax raises are important enough to enact them on time!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_care_in_Canada

When someone writes an article, it doesnt necessarily mean it is a report from an official from Health Canada. However it does raise some interesting points.

Canada's Health care has been evolving since it's creation of medicare in 1962. Canadians actually like the health care in place and are pushing for more choices in the way of pay as you go, if you may.

I posted the wikipedia link to share some lite-reading... ;-)

it appears that the current obscenity was modeled after a number of failing/failed/soon-to-be-failed systems. That's a sure thing, eh ? Let's START OUT by resurrecting a failure and we're sure it'll succeed THIS TIME. HAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH !!!!

And for every Canadian who likes their government plan, there is another Canadian who detests it and comes to the USA for his medical care after he's saved up his 'loonies' to make the payments. I can't say it's a success if they're coming 'down south' for their health care in droves... And lets not forget the advanced and wonderful system they've got in Massachussetts...soon to be bankrupt and yet another model for the new federal system.

What level of arrogance does it take to think as politicians that they are smart enough to take the same basic concepts that have failed everytime they have ever been tried in the history of the world and make them work? I think it goes about 2 exits past arrogance right into Stupidityville. Yet the lefties claim to be the intelligent ones. I seriously wonder how many of them actually have shock collars on reminding them when its time to breathe again.

In fact a perfect quote from one of my favorite movies Full Metal Jacket comes to mind. R Lee Ermey tells Private Pyle the famous castration/pollution line.. Sadly its too late in this case...
