Default Somethings just aren't right!

I wish I still had a pic of the Hooters add asking what's wrong with this picture. It was their national media compaign to fight the EEOC's forcing them to hire male waitresses. It's just not right and leaves lasting nightmares.

I'm here to say, I've put up with the overweight stewardesses on flights. The ones that bump you all the fricking time as they attempt to negotiate the isle during flights. Seriously, if it's not bad enough when other passengers bump you with their bags as they board the plane. Good luck trying to sleep. Today, was a first. It was completely wrong. There was Cindra, the tranny stewardess or should I say steward? Not completely sure but completely sure the name never started out Cindra. This PC stuff has got to go. Talk about a poor image for the frontline of your airline. No airline should be forced to hire one. The only redeeming factor is that it didn't serve up front, only coach class. I pray to god this was only a onetime cross of paths.

What airline? I know Southwest doesn't put up with the PC crap...I even know of one incident where a pilot booted a passenger off the plane for a anti-Bush shirt and Southwest backed the pilot 100%!!

Mums the word on the airline because I like the airline. After 18 years of travel, they have the best record with me by far! I keep seeing Cindra's and it will be another airline for me real quick.

I would say a quick email or letter to their customer service area will tell you how they stand, and whether or not you'll be seeing any more 'adams apple girls' serving drinks on your flight. Personally, I really don't care...being a denizen of NYC subway system, anything short of physical assault is acceptable, so long as those drinks are still cold, and those oh-so-tasty meals are somewhat still warm. And I want that extra bag of p-nuts too, darn it ! I've grown to an age where I don't care WHO serves me, just as long as I'm still being served. Only thing I cannot tolerate is attitude...

We must keep in mind that while these people serve us, they are not our servants. Everyone's gotta work, even those trannys I guess, so I would rather give 'it' my order, rather than paying it's unemployment insurance with my tax dollars.

So, you don't want to "fly united" with Cindra?

ehheehe.....luckily, there are no apparent 'Cindra' types on the airline I frequent. The big problem with my choice, is that the stewardesses and stewards is age...and that's not much of a problem. As far as Cindra, I'm glad that's not a consideration when I fly. Woo..... But even if there were, so what ? Is there an issue with the 'cindra' types of the world pouring your drinks and bringing you a rotten turkey sandwich ?

So let me ask, are you comfortable with the possibility of ending up in an emergency situation with a person who is very confused in their mind?

This whole country is being run by people who are very confused in their mind...

That may or may not be true. At best, it's an assumption.
I'd give 'em the benefit of the doubt. Also, when it comes to
commercial air travel, 'emergencies' do not yield many survivors who,
are completely in the hands of fate. There may be a statistical number of confused folks of this ilk employed as airline attendants, but I believe they are trained to handle emergencies so being gender-confused might not have too much bearing on how to direct passengers to an exit on a smoke-filled, downed plane. More importantly, confused or not, I think 'emergency' may end up degenerating into 'every man for himself' in a life-or-death situation.
In my opinion, of course.
