Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default What do you expect from a person who doesn't know....

the meanig of Memorial Day? Obama instead of going to Arlington Cemetary, Obama is going to Chicago to party for the weekend. Go figure.

Hey, he's busy next week hosting Paul McCartney on June 2nd. Certainly don't want Presidential duties getting in the way of having fun. It's not everyday you get a chance to schedule your very own White House Concert Series. Private closed door event to boot. Got to luv America.

Obama will use Memorial weekend for a trip home to Chicago

By Anne E. Kornblut
With the long Memorial Day weekend on the horizon, President Obama is finally addressing one of the great broken promises of his administration: his early pledge to return home to Chicago every six weeks or so.

In 16 months at the White House, the Obamas have been back home just once - in February of 2009. But they plan to make the trip over Memorial Day weekend, an official said. After arriving on Thursday night, they will visit with friends and participate in private events.
On Monday, Obama will make remarks at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, south of Chicago - missing the usual tradition of presidents speaking at Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day.
Vice President Biden and his wife will appear in Obama's place, laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, as well as holding a breakfast for Gold Star families -- families whose loved ones died in military service -- at the White House earlier that day.

His One World Order gibberish to the Cadets at West Point was enough Patriotism for one week. Besides he would miss out on the big cookout over at Bill Ayres place. Andy Stern is bring the dogs and the Hammer and Sickle tablecloth.

You conservatives sure do know how to whine. You complain that the cemetary that he is visiting isn't the right one? Those fallen soldiers aren't as important as the ones at arlington? Good lord I'd like to have your guy's problem if this is the worst you can find to complain about today.

Too funy, you lib's, mindofmyown, sure know how to change your HNI name after getting embarrassed in other posts.

Yep, you're probably right, we whine too much, everything is going just wonderful in the world. Economy is booming, our federal budget deficit is under control, our debt ceiling is only hitting a small amount of 13 trillion, no disasters are taking place, no wars going on, NK is talking peace, Iran loves us now and is giving up their nuke program. Certainly sounds like reasons to party to me.

Yes you are correct, all of these things are happening. Though I'd love to see what that list looked like today if George Bush wasn't president for 8 years. A lot smaller I'm sure.

Although I don't see what any of this has to do with where the president will be for Memorial day, and you didn't answer my question.

Back to blaming things on Bush. At what time does Obama assume resposibility? After he spends 3 Trillion more of money we don't have? He's only been in office 1.5 years. We can afford this booming economy anymore. Don't look now but the doulbe dip is starting.

It's called respect by the Commander and Chief. The problem this country faces is the Obama doesn't want to be Commander and Cheif, he wants to do the Commander and Cheif.

Obama disrespects this country.....it`s people and the military every chance he gets.........he is the most UN-AMERICAN President EVER.....if he really wants to show his respect for those who gave their lives for America he should just stay away from the cemetery altogether.....

The "RIGHT ONE" is Arlington National Cemetary. Your puke of a hero is a P.O.S. and he passes no opportunity to demonstrate how correct his critics are. So he is a national EMBARRASSMENT, as well as an uncredentialed incompetent Marxist P.O.S. Nice hero you got...birds of a feather flocking together I suppose.
