So we have a lesbo that went to school on an ROTC scholarship at UNC, Chapel Hill. Price tag 80K. She decides to come out of the closet right before she graduates and is to begin to fullfil her contract by serving as an officer in the Army. This get's her out of the Army but she owes us tax payer 80K. How long before Obama chooses she doesn't have to repay us?

What about the Doctor who had government pay for all her education, all the way through her residency, then said she was a conscientious objector and walked away with out ever serving for her pay, nor paying back the money.

I'm really suprised more haven't figured out how to take advantage of "don't ask, don't tell, don't persue". The same liberals that support that kind of garbage are the same ones that will use and abuse it.

this scam has been going on for a while. i knew a rotc guy ('84), and a medical corps guy (90) pull the same deal. got free college tuition and medical school tuition, respectively, came "out" upon graduation, and never served. never had to repay their tuition either.

"Will Obama make her pay back her loan?" The ROTC program is from the DOD budget, and overseen by National Security Education Program (NSEP), POTUS does'nt have anything to do with it. The decision ultimately rests w/ DOD, who also oversees the "don't ask, don't tell" policy. My opinion is, YES PAY IT BACK, with interest and fines. I would also like to see some type of penalty under the "don't tell" section of the policy. If the DOD has obligations and penalty's on the "don't ask" portion, same should be true with the "don't tell" IMHO!!!
